I see this as an adventure to help you find, “the one.” The home buying process can be enjoyable and fun when you have an agent listening to your needs, finding homes that fit your desires, and getting keys into your hands.
Here’s how to buy with me as your agent:
Get approved.
I have options if you need help with this step, and my team and I would love to help you.
See it.
After talking with me, I will curate a specialized list for you of eligible homes for us to go and see.
Once you’ve come to a decision on the homes we have seen, I’ll go over offers with you and get them submitted. I will never push you to make an offer that is higher than what you are comfortable with, nor will I tell you to offer more than I think the house is worth.
Make an offer.
Once accepted – Open Escrow
This is where my team and I do the heavy lifting for you, with all the post-offer agenda items like inspections and documentation, etc. I do the grunt work so you can skip the stress.
The closing key celebration is my favorite part! This is the day you get your keys and start your new chapter.
